Notice how the copper pipe has been cut above the t fitting that connects to the supply lines. A plumber should review what has been done if you don’t understand this. A copper sleeve would need to be sweated back on the cut copper pipe above the T fitting after reattaching the faucet to the deck. Faucet is sold as is with parts shown in the picture including supply lines.
